地方自治体は観光施設を建設すべきか否かを120-150語で述べる問題です。英検準一級対策で行いました。添削お願いします。なお、以下で与えられる４観点のうち二個使うという条件があります。環境への影響、地元民への影響、客が費やしてくれるお金、建設コスト

Local governments should appeal to tourists by constructing attractions. This is because they can get a lot of money from spending by visitors. Also, they will be able to make their region a nicer town thanks to the earnings. What is more, more people outside this area will pay attention to it. That is a good circle.
On the other hand, some people may say this kind of construction will have bad impacts on the environment. I think we shouldn't be afraid of this problem, as we just have to build places that harmonize with nature. Moreover, visitors can learn the importance of great nature.
Thus,this type of attraction will give the countryside chances to develop and bring us some ways to narrow the economic gap between urban and rural areas.

英検に提出するような、テストの一部であるのであれば、学校の先生などにもみていただいた方が良いと思います。

以下に違和感があります。
・What is more, more people outside this area will pay attention to it. どういう意味か少し分からないです。
・That is a good circle.よい循環ということでしょうか？少し伝わらない気がします。
・Moreover, visitors can learn the importance of great nature.は、どういう論法でしょうか？環境に悪影響を与えるに対する反論になっていない気がします。

添削ありがとうございます。一つ目について。pay〜は注目を集めるだろうというニュアンスでしたがそういう使い方はしないみたいですね。気をつけます。
二つ目三つ目について、確かにこれでは誤魔化しだなと思いました。語数はまだいけるので設問を知らない人が見ても分かる作文を目指します。
